About Me

Welcome to Newton Bookkeeping and thank you for visiting.

My name is Jenny Newton and I moved from Australia to the Scottish Highlands in 2010 to get married. I continured working with Melbourne clients in HR and Payroll systems (ichris product) for two years remotely until starting a family in 2013.

In 2017 I returned to work as a Bookkeeper for Limited companies using Sage and Xero. I achieved an accreditation in Bookkeeping with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) in September 2021 and recently gained the Diploma in Payroll Management.

My bookkeeping and payroll practice supports the busy accommodation and hospitality businesses in the area. I also have clients in the construction and charitable industries. All my clients are delighted they can leave the figures, processing and troubleshooting in my hands whilst they get on with running their businesses.

I am experienced in working with numbers, large amounts of data and software systems so you know that your financials are accurate and up to date and available to provide useful information for you, such as, what was my actual profit this period? You will learn that and more and it will give you insight into your business you might otherwise not be aware of.
